Macarons should be kept in frigde . 

you can eat them up to 2 days for fruit macarons and 3/4 days for chocolate flavors, after this time , it's safe to eat them but the texture of the shells can change (too soft or crunchy) 

For better conservation it's possible to keep them in a Tupperware . And for a longer conservation, you can keep them in Tupperware in the freezer .
